K******The communication with the seller was very good. This honey blonde wig is so cute. The hair got delivered faster than delivery date. The hair was very soft right out of the package and didn’t really come with a harsh smell. I used color remover and 20v developer to get rid of the colored knots. The hair is definitely human hair, not half blended with synthetic fibers. It’s a 24 inch wig and it is definitely true to length and thick. I crimped the hair at 430 degrees and it took the heat well. It doesn’t tangle at all and it was easy to pluck the knots. I didn’t have alot of shedding while running my fingers through the hair or when i actually brush it.
