T******The wig is very soft, silky, and true to length. I was very nervous of what the outcome of the wig would've been, but I'm very pleased with the results I have. When I had trouble getting my wig here the customer service was up to part the reply back fast as they could and very professional. The wig come pre plucked, no shed, and no bad of smell. TAKE MY ADVICE RUNNN TO THIS WIG.
