D***When I received the hair it was packaged very neatly. It came with an elastic band, a wig cap and eyelashes. There are combs in the wig that you can adjust to make it tighter. The hair originally came in body wave, but after i washed and bleached it, the curl pattern was gone. It took bleach very well, and still maintained it's silky texture. I honestly never had hair so smooth. It straightens so beautifully, but doesn't hold curls too well. Being that this was body wave, I thought it would hold curls but the curls drop so fast so i was alittle disappointed about that. The hair is lightweight, it's not heavy on my head at all and not bulky like most wigs. I did not pluck it, it came plucked already. The hairline even looks very natural so i did not have to do much. I am so happy with my purchase and will be buying from this company again. (:
