O******Y’all I really love my wig! Packaging was cute asf and came with gifts and a bow on it. First wig I think is actually true to length! Lace melted easy. Only thing is since I got 30” ends are a little thin but it’s not that bad honestly. This might be the vendor I order from from now on. Oh and shipping was fast

L***I originally bought 13*4 wig, later I want to change to 6*6wig. I thought I had to make a refund and reorder, as a result, the customer service helped me calculate the price difference and showed me the product details. Then exchanged the goods directly after I paid the difference.Very efficient, Save a lot of trouble.Their work is too serious, I sincerely thank them!!!!
And I love the wig!!! Straight hair, can be restyled, I purchased the 16 inch wig. Wig came with no smell, nice pre plucked hair line, very soft and silky hair, thin lace for nice lace melt install. The hair straightens very nicely.
