I asked the customer service to customize it without cutting the lace.I’ve washed it once since purchase and it’s just as silky as when it first arrived, there’s no knotting or fallout. I’m a beginner at hair installs but found it very easy to install. It plucked with a M hairline matching the Lagos hairline trends.Honestly, a few people even asked me about the hair 24 hours after install so let that be your sign to buy it!
