C***When I first read the reviews I was skeptical because of the low ratings. After speaking to one of the sale associates she assured me that the hair I would receive would be of great quality. I must say the hair is soft, minimum tangling, minimum shedding, and it's full, true to length I have had the hair for 3 weeks during that time I have washed it and it still looks and feels as if I just purchased it.
