V******I oredered it twice, the hair still soft. The hair is super cute... True to the lengths & no shedding when I ran my fingers threw the hair. It was pre pluck and easy for beginners to install. One of the best wig deals I've purchased.

K******I love the hair!! The wig is true to length I don’t have a ruler to completely measure but I got 24 inches and it stops at the middle of my thigh and I’m 5’4. The hair had no smell and was very soft too. I’m definitely pleased for this being my first time buying from this company. But I know they have a NY warehouse, I think it is because I am in Bronx so I can get my hair soon, but I was still shocked to receive it earlier!!!!
